CANCELLATIONS, REFUND POLICY & Other important Information
IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR CLASS AND GET A REFUND, You MUST EMAIL US BEFORE YOUR CLASS DATE and a Refund will be issued to you within 30 days of your email request. If you cancel a class and request a refund there will be a $25 cancellation fee. If you have been mailed a book, we will also deduct $50 for the book.
If all you want to do is change your class date, please let us know ahead of time. Call Mrs. Judy at the office or email us and we will switch your registration to the next class.
Once class begins, there are no refunds. We understand there are circumstances and unforeseen hardships. If you come to class and have to drop out due to an unforeseen hardship, we will allow you to pick up where you left off in the next class or start from the beginning at no charge as long as you have your course book.
Cell phones will be allowed on vibrate for important calls. No recording devices are allowed and No cell phone pictures of the PowerPoint is allowed.
Class hours are from 8:30 to 5:50. Breaks are at 10:30 and 3:30. Lunch is from 12:30 to 1:30
It is not necessary for you to do anything to prepare yourself prior to your class. If you have any questions, feel free to call. We are here and happy to help.
